Youmino is a platform that connects housing seekers with real estate agents and property owners via Telegram notifications. Users register, select their country/city, and then receive requests and communicate directly with clients.

2) Acceptance of Terms

By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund/Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3) Eligibility & Account

• You confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for securing your Telegram account.

4) Acceptable Use

• Unsolicited messages or harassment of clients is prohibited.
• Publishing misleading information or unlawful/infringing content is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service if policies are violated.

5) Pricing & Payments

• The price is clearly stated on the Pricing page.
• Payments are processed via Paddle (Merchant of Record), and taxes may be added based on the buyer’s country.
• A limited free trial may be offered; it can be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee a specific number of requests or successful deals. The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from the use of the service.

8) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, content, and interfaces belong to Youmino or its licensors. They may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9) Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, with jurisdiction in the courts of Casablanca unless otherwise agreed.
