Refund & Cancellation Policy

1) Nature of Access
Your payment grants you 30 days of access to receive requests via Telegram. There is no recurring automatic billing by default; once the period ends, nothing will be charged unless you make another purchase explicitly.
2) No-Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided after payment, since a free trial is available before purchase.
- Completing payment constitutes explicit acceptance of this policy and our Terms of Service.
3) Limited Exceptions (Payment Error Corrections)
We assist only in correcting the following clear errors:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake for the same account/transaction.
- Unauthorized or fraudulent charge confirmed by your bank.
These cases are reviewed individually and may require you to provide evidence (Paddle receipt, bank statement, transaction ID).
4) Cancellation & Renewal
- No automatic recurring invoices by default.
- If auto-renewal is offered in the future, you may cancel at any time before the renewal date shown on your purchase receipt.
5) Billing & Taxes
Paddle issues invoices and calculates applicable taxes based on your country. “Paddle.com” may appear on your card statement.

Note: This policy may need to be adapted to comply with applicable laws in your country. Transactions are managed via Paddle.
